  • Our first option is the standard nuts, made of stainless steel AISI 304/A2, 1.4301. Their flat design makes them ideal for shorter threads.

 

  • Another option we have is the counter nuts (DIN 439). Counter nuts are typically used in combination with a standard hexagon nut.

  • Customization: Custom nuts are available upon request, with cut threads provided for these specific requests.

We have the following types available: Standard nuts and standard counter nuts 

 

  • Our Standard nuts in stainless steel AISI 304/A2, 1.4301 are commonly employed in bolted connections. These nuts serve as lock nuts to secure components and prevent any unintended loosening, turning, or shifting. Their flat design makes them particularly suitable for shorter threads.

 

  • Our counter nuts (DIN 439), have been specifically engineered to securely fasten over a regular nut, effectively locking it in place. This is achieved through a clever arrangement of protruding flanges that firmly grip the host nut. These counter nuts are primarily utilized in combination with a standard hexagon nut.
