Our cable glands are IP66, IP68, and IP69K-certified.

The HSK Hygienic cable gland is meticulously designed to prevent the accumulation of microorganisms and dirt in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, biotechnology, and clean room technology. Certified with IP66, IP68, and IP69K ratings, these cable glands are suitable for use in even the most demanding environments.

Material and Sizes: Our cable glands are constructed from stainless steel EN 1.4404, ensuring both durability and hygiene. They feature WMQ (silicone) sealing and blue silicone seals, which enhance food safety and ease of cleaning. Available sizes range from M12 to M32, accommodating various cable sizes from 5mm to 25mm.

Construction Details: The cable glands have surfaces with a maximal roughness of 0.8 μm Ra, preventing dirt accumulation and ensuring easy cleaning. The blue silicone sealings are detectable via scanning systems, further enhancing hygiene standards.
