Hygienic Handles - Overview of Groups and Features

NGI offers a range of hygienic handles designed to enhance cleanliness and functionality in food production and other sanitary environments.

 

  • Material and Sizes: Our hygienic handles are crafted from AISI 316 stainless steel, featuring blue NBR rubber seals for optimal hygiene. The seals are also available in black and white, crafted from NBR, HNBR, EPDM, FKP, and silicone materials. These handles are available in sizes M5 to M6, with customizable sizes tailored to customer needs and swift delivery.

 

  • Construction Details: The handles are constructed from high-quality AISI 316 stainless-steel, ensuring both hygiene and durability. They feature surfaces with a maximum roughness of 0.8 μm Ra, minimizing areas where bacteria can reside. This design streamlines cleaning processes, saving time and reducing the use of cleaning detergents and water.

 

  • Ease of Installation: Designed for easy Plug & Play installation, our hygienic handles ensure quick and efficient setup, integrating seamlessly into your existing systems.
